By accessing or using the DealFlowPro website at dealflowpro.us (the "Site") or submitting any form or inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About DealFlowPro

DealFlowPro is a real estate investment company. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers. We purchase properties directly from homeowners for cash. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or real estate advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any real estate decisions.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use the Site for any commercial purpose other than submitting a genuine property inquiry

4. Cash Offer Requests

Submitting a cash offer request form does not obligate you to sell your property, nor does it obligate DealFlowPro to purchase it. Any offer we provide is subject to property inspection, title review, and mutual agreement. All offers are made in good faith and are not guaranteed until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties.

5. SMS & Phone Communication

By submitting our cash offer form and providing your phone number with TCPA consent, you agree to the following SMS/text messaging terms:

• Program name: DealFlowPro Property Inquiry SMS Program.
• Program description: DealFlowPro sends transactional SMS messages to follow up on property inquiries, deliver cash offer details, confirm appointments, and provide customer support related to your property sale request.
• Opt-in method: Consent is obtained via an explicit, unchecked TCPA consent checkbox on the cash offer request form at dealflowpro.us/cash-offer. Users must actively check this box before submitting.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. You may receive up to 5 messages per inquiry.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. DealFlowPro is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
• Consent not required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Supported carriers: All major US carriers are supported. Carrier availability may vary.
• No third-party sharing: Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DealFlowPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DealFlowPro does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealFlowPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any cash offer transaction, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DealFlowPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.
